Most clients come to me when the people side of the business has become more complex than the business is set up to handle. Sometimes that means building HR structure for the first time. Other times it means addressing inconsistent management practices, employee relations issues, compliance concerns, or an employee experience that no longer reflects the kind of company they want to build.

They need practical guidance that protects the business, supports leaders, and creates a stronger experience for employees.

I work with growing businesses that need experienced HR judgment, not just policies and process. With more than 10 years of experience across multi-site, multi-state, and regulated environments, I help organizations strengthen employee relations, manager capability, compliance, and people operations in ways that support growth and improve consistency.

Before moving into HR, I worked as a licensed therapist, and that background still shapes how I navigate conflict, communication, investigations, and change. It brings a deeper lens to the work, one that helps leaders handle complex people issues with more clarity, steadiness, and sound judgment. I also help organizations improve efficiency through practical use of workflow automation, people analytics, and scalable HR processes that reduce administrative burden and support better decision-making.
